Preschool Promise

Preschool Promise Programs are expected to create inclusive, welcoming environments for all children and families, regardless of ability, family composition, culture or language. They are offered in a wide variety of settings ā€“ centers, homes, and schools. Programs goals include actively working to support parents as partners in their childā€™s learning and development.

Southern Oregon Head Start

Children who attend Early Head Start and Head Start are given opportunities to learn and to grow, socially, emotionally, and physically. They also receive free healthy meals and snacks, health, dental and developmental screenings and enjoy playing and learning in a safe, educational setting with qualified, caring teachers.

Accommodations are also offered to meet the special needs of children who experience disabilities.
