Preschool Promise Programs:

  • Are expected to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all children and families, regardless of ability, family composition, culture or language
  • Operate in a wide variety of settings – centers, homes, and schools
  • Should actively work to support parents as partners in their childā€™s learning and development

Do you and your child meet the 2024-2025 eligibility requirements?

  • live in Oregon
  • have a child that will be 3 or 4 years old by 9/1/2024
  • live in households with a gross income that is at or below 200% FPL (unless applying for a foster child)

The hub does not participate in the selection or monitoring process for Preschool Promise and cannot attest to a program’s adherence to Preschool Promise standards for quality, safety, and inclusion.
