Preschool Promise Programs:

Are expected to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all children and families, regardless of ability, family composition, culture or language
Operate in a wide variety of settings – centers, homes, and schools
Should actively work to support parents as partners in their child’s learning and development

live in Oregon
have a child that will be 3 or 4 years old by 9/1/2024
live in households with a gross income that is at or below 200% FPL (unless applying for a foster child)
